Kayla Wisniewski  |  Head Coach

Wisconsin Lutheran College alumna and former cheerleader Kayla Wisniewski '12 is in her second season as the Warriors cheer coach. Wisniewski becomes the second head coach in the history of the program after former coach Jody Brill stepped down following the 2013 football season.

The 2012 WLC graduate was a member of the WLC cheerleading squad from 2008-2011 and earned a degree in nursing. Wisniewski brings 15 years of cheerleading experience to WLC, including serving as coach of the Bethlehem Lutheran seventh and eighth grade cheerleading team for the past four years. The squad earned first place at the Kettle Moraine Lutheran High School cheerleading competition during each of her four seasons as coach.

Wisniewski has also been a Wisconsin Association of Cheer/Pom Coaches judge for seven years. She is safety certified in the American Association of Cheerleading Coaches and Advisors and has also been involved in conducting youth cheerleading camps.

Wisniewski is originally from Jackson and attended Kettle Moraine Lutheran High School. She resides in Milwaukee, where she works as a labor and delivery nurse at Aurora Sinai Medical Center.
